1. In which mobile phones FRWD Mobile Player can be used?
FRWD Mobile Player can be used in Symbian S60 Series mobile phones. For example FRWD Mobile Player can be used in the following Nokia models; Nokia5500 and Nokia E50.

2. I used FRWD Mobile Player during my training. I switched it off after my training . Afterwards I would have wanted to analyze my performance, but couldn't find it any more from my mobile phone. What happened?
FRWD Mobile Player shows on real-time the information of your sports performance and also right after it. Afterwards you can relive your performance again in FRWD Replayer PC software. FRWD Replayer is an excellent tool for analyzing sports performances.
3. I can't always have a mobile phone with me during my training. So, in that case can I utilize my phone any other way?
Even after the training you can connect to your mobile phone and have a summary of the sports performance on a screen of the mobile phone. This way you can have a short summary of your training even that you had a mobile with you all the time.
4. I ordered the new FRWD Mobile Player software, but I'm not able to receive the content. What could be the reason for that?
There could be several reasons. We have listed the most likely ones below.
* Check that you sent your order to the right phone number "16258" and an operator you use supports this service - the service works only with subscriptions from Elisa/Kolumbus, Sonera/Zeroforty, Saunalahti and DNA in Finland.
* Check that your subscription doesn't have any denials of services on or possibly a limitation of balance has not become fulfilled.
* Check that a date and time on your mobile phone are set correctly - service messages are valid for a certain time and a mobile phone automatically rejects messages outside of the validity period.
* Check that service message is not on a wrong place since some of the Nokia models save service messages to a different place than normal text messages.
5. I ordered the new FRWD Mobile Player software, but I am not able to download the application. What could be reason for that?
Please ensure your mobile phone's wap settings are working, eg. is your operator's wap pages functioning. If settings are not working, you will get them from your own operator. Since wap connection is otherwise working it could be a temporary failure in connections, try again later.
6. I ordered the new FRWD Mobile Player software by using a sms message. A reply says "Unknown file format". What could be wrong here?
A product you ordered is not suitable for your current mobile phone or a downloading service is not supporting you mobile phone model.
